So the Democrats have decided the Cap and Trade Bill is more important and a better election year issue than immigration. The Democrats apparently pulled the immigration Bill in order to keep Republican Lindsay Graham(South Carolina). Both bills seem long shots to pass. Cap and Trade especially with Democrats from Energy producing states unlikely to impose higher taxes and hurt their states economy. Either way it looks like Cap and Trade may be entering the final stretch.
