		<description>Only one of the candidates, unfortunately the winner, stated that there would be a windfall profits tax.  So I can say with some certainty that one candidate is wrong for our industry and we have him.  

Also, hoping that any American politician of any party can be described as being rational or having common sense regarding energy denies the reality of the past 20 years.

Cynical, yes, but with good reason.</description>
